We’ll also update all the configuration settings required for your web sites to be fully operational on our ultramodern cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are completely capable of transferring any type of site. With years of work experience behind their backs, they’re well–versed in the specificities of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel and all other well–known Control Panels. For them, moving a custom–built web app with lots of custom libraries is as elementary as transferring a simple WordPress blog.

A: There are plenty of aspects to keep in mind – the total amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our website migration professionals, etc. However, we do try to implement all web site migrations in a 48–hour time period. Smaller–sized web sites are transferred much faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login details for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the site’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your hosting account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share exactly the same info you have given to your current web hosting provider. We also have an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal data is dealt with.

A: Your web site will continue to work just like it did before with your old web hosting provider. A: While we migrate your website content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: We can migrate your web site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform as long as we can obtain access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we cannot transfer are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
